Who we are

Founder of Chase Mortgage Services, Kerryn Greatrix, has worked in the finance industry for 10 years and has extensive experience of mortgages and insurance. We were lucky enough to have come into the business at the right time to have benefited from the many changes in the financial world and have received constant training in the last 10 years to make the most of them for our customers.

Our main priority is our customers – making sure you get the best service and best deal. Our service isn’t based on maximising fees – we’re more interested in making sure we offer the best customer service/relations, attention to detail, honesty and realistic approach to the mortgage and insurance market that we can.

We always use plain English so you don’t get baffled by jargon, and we adhere to the Financial Services Authority policy on 'Treating Customers Fairly'.
